RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a 48hour return policy, which means you have 2 days from receiving your order to get it back to us. 

Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our candles and scented products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Refunds are only applicable if the item has arrived faulty. 


Faulty Items 
We want you to be happy with your Luminary Candle purchase. Should your items arrive faulty, please contact The Luminary Candles at tlctheluminarycandles@gmail.com and a representative will provide you with instructions for return or replacement. Please keep all original packaging to be returned. The candles purchased must be returned and photo’s must be supplied.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend ensuring the product is safely packed and to use a tracked posting service. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned.


Damaged Items
Due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged from postage and handling. All posted items will be posted with the appropriate bubble wrapped, packed in appropriate shipping boxes, and have packing peanuts or air pillows to avoid movement and damage. However, please note The Luminary Candles is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit. If your item is damaged, please follow this up directly with Australia Post for compensation. **Please also note as all our candles are handmade, there will be minor imperfections. Minor imperfections will not warrant a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at the moment.
