Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing any Luminary Candle products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Our candles are made to order please allow 7-14 business days for delivery within Australia. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped.
Please check your address and make sure it is correct and get in touch if you need to correct it before we send your order out. Once the order is sent to our postal service provider, we are not able to modify your details. The original postage for the parcels returning to us for incorrect address or for not being picked up is non-refundable.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are estimates only provided by Auspost and given in good faith.
Internationally Delivery
At this stage we only offer international shipping to New Zealand. We hope to expand this section soon.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
